Here’s the part we don’t tuck away in fine print: our shop is in Frederick, Maryland, roughly 650 miles north. For an Atlanta project we build the whole package in-house, run our checks, crate it, freight it down, and send our own crew to install. The distance changes the logistics, not the standard. Restaurants and hotels drive most of what we make, along with retail and office fit-outs for the developers filling in Midtown, the Westside, and the neighborhoods strung along the BeltLine.
